About

Most support tickets shouldn't need a person.

The ones that do should reach the right person already understood. That's what Sortd is for.

Why we built it

Support queues are mostly sorting work.

Look through any product's support inbox and you'll find the same mix. Questions the docs already answer. Bug reports missing the one detail an engineer needs. Feature ideas buried in chat threads and never written down.

Someone on the team spends their day sorting that pile before any real work starts. Sortd started in April 2026 to take that job off their plate. It answers what can be answered, writes up what can't, and hands your team a short list of things that genuinely need them.

It's built for small product teams who would rather ship than triage, and who want AI they can check rather than just trust.

How we build it

Resolve, don't route

Moving a ticket to another queue doesn't help anyone. Sortd's job is to close it, or make the next person's job easy.

Show the work

Every answer names its source. Anything Sortd can't back up is flagged, not dressed up.

People decide

AI drafts articles and release notes. A person on your team decides what gets published.

Built with our users

Early-access teams shape the roadmap. We use Sortd to support Sortd.
